Filomena Annunziata is ECCO Researcher Mediterranean Policy.
Filomena obtained a bachelor degree in Oriental and African Languages and Cultures at the University of Naples L’Orientale, and she is currently pursuing a Joint Master’s Degree at the University of Tübingen and American University in Cairo in Comparative Middle East Politics with a thesis on the Moroccan energy transition.
Before joining ECCO Filomena worked in the field of international cooperation and social inclusion, and then specialized starting from 2021 on the topics of energy transition, climate change, mitigation and adaptation policies in the countries of the southern shore of the Mediterranean.
Filomena lived in Germany and England and spent periods of study, research and volunteering in Lebanon and Turkey.
