Davide leads ECCO’s European programme and is the liaison with ECCO’s European networks.
Davide’s area of interest are European climate policies with a particular focus on the macroeconomic framework for the green transition, the Fit for 55 package, REpowerEU and the Green Deal Industrial Plan.
A journalism graduate, before joing ECCO Davide worked for a few years on European decarbonisation policies as UK Government Civil Servant.
In particular his work focused on energy security, coal policy, carbon pricing and also on climate change diplomacy during a secondment to the European External Action Service in Brussels.
