Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Sciences for International Relations and a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development, both from the Catholic University of Milan. During her studies, she spent a semester at Vilnius University and completed an internship at the Italian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova.
After a brief volunteering experience in South America, she worked for Italian NGOs in Southern Italy and Western Africa. In these roles, she specialised in writing and in the administrative and logistical management of cooperation projects funded by European and private entities, with a particular focus on the education, vocational training and migration.
At ECCO, Emma supports the founders and helps manage the administration of the Milan office.
