Costanza Scano is a Researcher Industrial Transformation at ECCO.
Costanza joined ECCO as an intern, working on her master’s thesis in Sustainable Chemistry and Technologies for Circular Economy at the University of Padua. Her thesis, titled “Hydrogen: technologies, policies, and strategies”, focused on hydrogen as an energy carrier.
Costanza completed her Master’s degree in December 2024 after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of La Sapienza in Rome in 2022. In her current role, Costanza analyses the processes and regulations of key industrial sectors, with a focus on decarbonisation trajectories. Her work includes identifying the most effective technologies and delving into the regulatory framework at both national and international levels.
With her background in chemistry and her passion for sustainable innovation, Costanza brings technical expertise and a strategic vision to ECCO, supporting the development of analyses aimed at industrial transition.
