Andrea is a professional trainer, facilitator and counsellor with a socio-constructivist systemic orientation. He holds a degree in Economic and Social Disciplines from the “Luigi Bocconi” Commercial University.
Andrea plays a key role in shaping and promoting ECCO’s culture and values. He supports its organisational development efforts, coordinates and manages the collective moments for developing the think tank’s ideas and strategy, and manages staff selection, onboarding and evaluation processes.
Prior to joining ECCO, Andrea supported and guided third sector organisations in growth processes, internal dynamics analysis, and conflict resolution.
Andrea takes pleasure in experiencing uncertain, participatory and experiential training and facilitation paths between play and nonviolence.
