Alessandra has extensive experience in administration and project management, both in the private sector and within civil society organisations. In particular, in planning and coordination, optimisation of operational processes, and budget and accounting management.
Before joining ECCO, Alessandra worked for several private companies and NGOs on multiple projects, including on sustainable transport systems in the city of Como, the construction of a football field in Kinshasa, and training activities on water and sanitation in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. Alessandra has extensiove experience in Project Cycle Management, utilising the Logical Framework Approach.
Alessandra holds a Bachelors degree in International Cooperation for Development, with a thesis on “Population, Consumption, and Food Resources,” in which she analysed past, present, and future trends in food availability and the relationship between the environment and pollution caused by intensive agriculture.
